The ShiftMate platform

Connect member information to staff work.

ShiftMate is a credit union intelligence and workflow platform.

ShiftMate brings member information, institutional knowledge, and workflows together so teams can follow through and leaders can see progress across growth and operations.

The platform operating model

Organize. Activate. Measure. Grow.

This operating approach applies across growth and operations. The examples below show specific product functions and customer deployments.

  1. Organize

Bring knowledge, context, and priorities together.

  2. Activate

    Turn insight into coordinated action.

  3. Measure

    Understand progress, outcomes, and value.

  4. Grow

Improve what works and expand its impact.

Lending workflow example · Synthetic data

Help staff follow through on lending opportunities.

Lending opportunity activation is the starting point. The product example shows how staff review an offer, prepare a member conversation, and keep track of the work.

  1. Review opportunities. See member information and an offer together. Compare rates, payments, terms, and fees before discussing an application.
  2. Coordinate follow-up. Use conversation guidance and record engagement so staff can see what needs attention.
  3. Prepare applications. Review applicant details and prepare a pending ShiftMate application. External LOS submission is a separate step.
  4. Track progress. Review offer activity and engagement status. Approval and funding require their own outcome records.

The screens use synthetic data. Benefit comparisons are illustrative; engagement status does not establish approval, funding, or incremental growth.

Customer deployment · LAFCU

Bring lien-servicing work into view.

LAFCU uses ShiftMate to bring lien-release and placement work to staff with the loan information they need. Staff can see which cases need attention and record their follow-through.

LAFCU staff perform external verification and lien actions. They record completion dates that ShiftMate writes to configured Symitar fields. Unresolved placement cases remain visible for manual escalation.

The story describes this servicing deployment and LAFCU’s estimate of its annual labor value. It is separate from the lending demonstration.

Systems and handoffs

Designed to work with existing financial systems.

ShiftMate supports integrations with multiple loan origination systems. Available functions, access requirements, and configurations depend on the institution's systems and supported integrations.

Confirm the applicable integration.

For each implementation, we confirm the applicable integration capabilities, configuration requirements, and any additional development scope.

The example shown here demonstrates preparation of a pending ShiftMate application. It does not illustrate the external loan origination handoff.

The LAFCU deployment establishes a specific servicing connection: staff-recorded title dates written to configured Symitar fields.

Agree on the connections your workflow needs.

Confirm the source and transfer method, required fields, member matching, and refresh timing. Identify any manual entry, outcome return, and owner for failed or incomplete handoffs.

Existing supported connections and any proposed integrations are scoped separately for the workflow.

Governed AI and staff review

Help staff check information before acting.

These product screens show review steps using synthetic data. Security, access controls, audit records, and policy enforcement need separate verification for your institution.

Check comparison assumptions

Staff can review balance, rate, term, payment, and fee inputs. The temporary comparison is illustrative, does not save changes, and does not establish final loan terms.

Verify applicant information

The application screen shows the contact source and update time, flags potentially old information, and asks staff to verify details with the applicant.

Review before creating a record

Staff review the application and applicants before creating a pending ShiftMate record. The screen makes clear that external LOS submission is separate.

See reporting gaps

The dashboard separates work activity from lending outcomes and identifies missing verified funded amounts for its application cohort. Its separate loan-production total is not that cohort’s funded amount.

Review the controls for your institution.

Before approving a workflow, review who approves sources and guidance, which roles may view or act on information, what the system records, and how exceptions are handled. Include data handling, retention, model-provider, and security documentation in that review.
